Rules and Regulations for Liberation Nexus Game Play

Rules of Engagement

1. You may not grief any existing structures but your own unless given direct permission to do so by the player who made the structure. If the originator of the structure is no longer a member of the Liberation Nexus Community, a majority vote will determine the structure’s fate.
2. Using intentionally offensive language is strictly prohibited.
3. Aggressive behavior is also strictly prohibited unless motivated by a discernibly positive and/or beneficial outcome.
4. RESPECT. In truth, the above three rules and any future rules we could possibly establish all fall back to this one word.  Respect yourself, respect the other members of the community, and respect the worlds we are creating together.  If respect is consistently maintained, all other concerns will take care of themselves.

Punishment System

• Stage 1: Your first violation of the Rules of Engagement will result in loss of any OP status/building ability for 24 hours.
• Stage 2: Your second violation of the Rules of Engagement will result in loss of any OP status/building ability for 72 hours.
• Stage 3: Your third violation of the Rules of Engagement will result in loss of any OP status/building ability for 120 hours.
• Stage 4: Your fourth violation of the Rules of Engagement will result in a permanent loss of account and access to the Liberation Nexus server(s).
• The punishment system listed above is not limited to the above mentioned “Stages.” Your account can be terminated prematurely if the scope of your wrongful conduct is deemed intolerable or you have made it clear that, either via words or action, you will continue to behave disrespectfully.

Trademarks

1. LN trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not Nexus. All other trademarks on Nexus that are not owned by LN are property of their respective owners. They may or may not be affiliated with LN.

License and Site Access

1. LN grants you  a limited license to access and make personal use of this site and not to download (other than page caching) or modify it or any portion of it except with express written consent of LN.

Membership

1. If you use LN, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and password.

Product Description

• By paying for your subscription you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions.
• All subscriptions are nonrefundable.
• LN reserves the right to terminate any subscription or account at anytime.
• Reasons for subscriptions to be terminated are, but not limited to, suspicion of fraudulent activity, under aged person creating an account without the consent of a parent or guardian and/or any violations concerning the Rules and Regulations for LN Game Play.
